Confirm iCloud is enabled for Rydger on all your devices (Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Rydger) and that you're signed into the same Apple ID everywhere.

Missing purchase / restore issue?

Try Settings → Rydger Pro → Restore Purchases inside the app first — this resolves most cases instantly.

Bug report?
